【Advanced cooking technology】
Freshly ground coffee beans contain a lot of carbon dioxide in the powder. If hot water is poured into coffee powder for extraction at one time, carbon dioxide will be discharged quickly, which is not conducive to the fusion of water and coffee powder. 【Funnel check valve】
In order to avoid coffee dripping on the cooling base, MIUI designers added a non-leak valve to the funnel.
Please note: When brewing coffee, please keep the valve open, do not take the coffee pot halfway, until the coffee is completely placed in the pot. After brewing the coffee, it is recommended to close the valve to prevent excess coffee from dripping.

【Auto keep warm】
After brewing is complete, the coffee machine emits two "DI DI" sounds, and the heating system is turned off by the PCB. Then the PTC turns on the automatic heat preservation system to keep the coffee at the ideal temperature of 85 degrees Celsius (other ordinary U-tube coffee temperature is 75-78 degrees Celsius).
